SMALL GROUP FITNESS
Our small group fitness classes feature routines that require you to use multiple joints in your body to work several muscles in your body to give you the most efficient workout. The class is 45 minutes long and we encourage participants to work at their pace.
The small group nature of the classes allows our very skilled trainers to give you some individual attention, if you need modifications for certain exercises or if you need assistance with the proper form for an exercise.
We provide small Group classes throughout the day, so whatever your schedule, there is a class for you.
Our routines change every day so each workout is unique and refreshing in its own way.
